The current Marketplace extension is a desktop Chrome test: it handles only an open, tracked rental conversation, not an entire personal inbox or an iPhone/iPad. A separate business Page connection supports Page messages, not personal Marketplace chats. Publishing alone does not enable either connection.
Tenyr provides listing preparation and publishing guidance for these platforms. Automatic publishing and automated inbox replies are not currently available for them.
Today you can find official BC form resources and store documents by rental. Guided agreement completion and lease-pack sending are not currently available. Complete official forms outside Tenyr.
No. Tenyr gathers what renters tell it. It does not run a credit check or verify income or references. Review the conversation and complete your own checks. Optional automatic declines require your explicit authorization and supported structured rules.
