Tenyr is landlord-controlled software
Tenyr supplies record-keeping, drafting, communication and scheduling tools to self-managing landlords. Tenyr is not a brokerage, rental property manager, lawyer, credit bureau, payment collector or party to a tenancy. It does not accept authority to bind a landlord or tenant.
Your authority and decisions
You may only add a rental you own or are legally authorized to manage. You remain solely responsible for advertising, applicant selection, viewing approval, automatic-screening criteria and review, negotiations, tenancy terms, agreements, deposits, rent, inspections, maintenance direction, notices, service and regulatory compliance.
AI and automatic screening
AI output may be incomplete or wrong. When you explicitly opt in, AI may extract a prospect’s answer and propose an automatic closure under a limited structured property rule. Deterministic code must validate the configured rule, persisted facts and exact transcript evidence before the closure is recorded. Income, household composition, protected characteristics, accommodation or assistance-animal issues, and free-text criteria cannot trigger this feature. You must review the audit record and correct or reopen an incorrect outcome. Tenyr does not verify applicants, market evidence, legal requirements, delivery or suitability.
Fair housing and privacy
You must not use Tenyr to discriminate, request unnecessary sensitive information, copy identity documents, or make a decision based on protected characteristics or a lawful source of income. Obtain any consent required for references, credit checks and disclosures. Provide accommodation where applicable.
Legal documents and notices
Planning dates, summaries and worksheets are not official RTB forms, legal advice, proof of service or proof of signature. Use current official forms and instructions and independently verify every deadline, permitted ground, method of service and required notice.
External services
Email, SMS, push, AI, social platforms, payment providers and calendar software can fail or delay. A provider accepting a request is not proof of delivery, reading, signing or legal service. Confirm consequential communications directly.
Acceptable use
Do not upload material you lack authority to use, attempt to access another account, bypass limits, automate unrelated social conversations, or use Tenyr for unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory or abusive activity. Tenyr may suspend unsafe use.
